Searching for Parts in the AutoZone Website
You can access the AutoZone catalog only from an open ticket.
When a ticket is open in R.O. Writer, you can access the AutoZone catalog by clicking the AutoZone button in the
When you click the AutoZone button, Smart eCat
- Logs you into your account based on the credentials entered in the supplier interface in R.O. Writer Configuration.
- Displays the AutoZone landing page on the Catalog tab of Smart eCat.

Searching by Category
When you land on the AutoZone website in the Catalog tab of Smart eCat, the most frequently ordered part categories appear first. Check one of the category boxes and click the Lookup Parts button.
The results appear on the next window under Product Results.
- Parts with no on-hand quantity are disabled.
- Available parts are active and display how many are on hand.
- You can click any of the links under Related Products to search by that category.

By default, the search results include all brands AutoZone carries. If you want to filter the results by brand, select it in the Brand dropdown list.
Searching by Part Number, Description, or Keyword
The section at the top of the window contains a text box that you can use to search by part number, description, or keyword. A dropdown list of suggestions appears as soon as you begin typing.
Click the search button to search by the text entered. The matching categories or parts appear in the Search Results.
Select the category and click Continue to see the parts in that category in the Product Results section.
NOTE: If you search by part number, the categories return but only the matching part numbers appear after you click Continue.
