R.O. Options
Many options on this window prompt the service writer to enter information when opening and closing tickets. Before selecting these, keep in mind that you must be rigorous in collecting this information.
Bad information is usually worse than no information and, unless the information is readily available when service writers are working with repair orders, they will usually make up something, which results in bad information. Examine each of the prompting options to see what affect it has on the repair order.
