Adjusting Stock Parts

You can adjust the on-hand quantities for stock parts and track the adjustments.

A record of the part number, the quantity adjusted, and the cost and value of the adjustment are stored in the database. You can check adjustment information on the Lost Stock Report and the Part Audit Trail Report in Inventory Reports.

NOTE: Inventory levels may be adjusted in Browse by editing the part; however, this method does not create a tracking record of the adjustment transaction.
