Reporting

Access the Reporting module by clicking the Reporting button in the Quick Launch.

The Reporting module of R.O. Writer performs two important functions:

• Updates the database with completed transactions.
• Provides reports and lists useful in managing the shop.

Toolbar and File Menu

The toolbar provides access to the main functions of the Reporting module.

The following table describes the toolbar buttons.

Button	Name	Description
	End of Day	Click to run the end of day process.
	Sales Reports	Click to access the sales reports.
	Other Reports	Click to access other reports, which includes repair order status and employee time sheet reports.
	Lists	Click to access the list reports.
	Mgmt Analyzer	Click to run the management analyzer report, which provides an analysis of past performance. You cannot print this report.

NOTE: Each toolbar button function is also available on the File menu.
