Adding ATF and Coolant Smart Fluid Jobs to Tickets
You add Smart eJobs with ATF and coolant Smart Fluids the same way you add any Smart eJob to a ticket. However, Smart eCat uses the vehicle information to select the correct fluid grade and capacity. Then, the part links in the job to select the correct part.
If the fluid grade selected in Smart eCat is linked to a part you have on-hand in your local inventory,
- The part posts to the Parts and Labor tab automatically. You do not have to search for it or select it.
- If the linked part has a modifier part that is on-hand as well, the modifier part also posts to the Parts and Labor tab automatically.
If the fluid grade selected in Smart eCat is not linked to a part, Smart eCat launches an integrated search.
