Customer List Reformatted

The Customer List has been redesigned as of R.O. Writer 3.0. Customers now appear in one long list instead of being grouped by letter of the alphabet.

The Customer List still includes all customers in your database.

Sort Order of the Customer List

The Customer List is sorted according to the values in the Customer column.

• The sort order of the Customer column is based on Business Name.
  • If a Business Name was not entered for the customer, the sort order is Last Name, First Name but the format is "First Name Last Name".
  • If a Business Name was entered for the customer that is different than the Last Name, First Name, then the Customer column sorts by the Business Name.
• Phone 1 is the first phone number on the Edit Customer window.
• Phone 2 is the second phone number on the Edit Customer window.

NOTE: Customer records with blank values appear at the top of the list. In addition, extra spaces in Business Name, First Name, and Last Name fields can impact how the list is alphabetized.
