Post the Last Smart Oil Job to a Ticket
R.O. Writer now empowers you to quickly add an oil job to a ticket based on the information from the last time the vehicle visited the shop.
Last Oil Change Job Section
When the Smart Oil tab opens, R.O. Writer checks the vehicle’s history, finds the last Smart Oil Job performed on the vehicle, and displays that information above the list of Smart Oil jobs.
The last job details include the following:
- Description – The description of the last Smart Oil job.
- Date – The date the last service was performed.
- Package Price – The package price amount if the job had a package price.
- Oil – The engine oil that was used during the last service.
- R.O. Writer identifies the oil by finding the part number in the viscosity group for the parts that were mapped in the Smart Oil job.
- Quantity – The quantity of oil used during the service.
- Filter – The oil filter used during the service.
- R.O. Writer identifies the oil filter by looking for the Epicor keywords “Oil Filter” for parts in the Smart Oil job.
If no part in the Smart Oil job has those keywords, R.O. Writer does not add the oil filter to the ticket.
