Payment Types on Sales Reports

When configuring and mapping payment types, it is important to think about how R.O. Writer payment types appear on sales reports. Sales reports often have limited space. As a result, R.O. Writer often list the first few payment types individually and then groups the rest into one column.

Repair Order Payment Ledger

On the Repair Order Payment Ledger, the first four payment types are listed individually. The remaining payment types are consolidated under Other Cards.

On the Advanced Payment Ledger, after cash and check,

The next three payment types are listed as "Card 1", "Card 2", and "Card 3" and never the name of the R.O. Writer payment type.
Other Cards is a combination of the next six payment types.

Payment Types on the Summary Report

All payment types are listed individually in the Payments section at the bottom of the Summary Report.
