The Detail of Expenses by Supplier Report lists all invoices posted in the date range sorted by Supplier.

This report includes the following information:

• Invoice Date
• Account
• Invoice Number
• Description - The seven character field entered as Other information on the invoice.
• P.O. #
• Yes if Paid and No if Open
• Pay Date if paid
• Amount paid in cash, check or charge
