The Manage Databases area of the Server Utilities creates a log file if an error or a failure occurs when creating or upgrading SQL databases for R.O. Writer.
A log file is created only when there is an error or a failure. If the database is created or upgraded successfully, no log file is created. The log file may help you resolve the error or, at least, help you tell R.O. Writer Support what happened.
There is always only one log file and it always contains the most recent activity. When you create and format the next database, the log file for it saves over the existing log file.
