Default Form Selections for New Installations

When R.O. Writer is installed for the first time and there are no forms selected on the Forms Setup window, the following forms will be selected by default: 

• Repair Orders: USRO.rpt|USINV.rpt
  • You must check the Job Based box.
• Fleet Repair Orders: Same as Repair Order
• Estimates: USEST.rpt
  • You must check the Job Based box.
• Work Orders: ROWWO.rpt

  • This form displays “Declined” instead of a strikethrough for declined items.

• Parts Tickets: USPO.rpt
  • You must check the Job Based box.

Form selections are not changed to these defaults during an upgrade. During an upgrade from a previous version, R.O. Writer keeps the form selections stored in the database.
