Part Price List

The Part Price List prints a price list of parts with their associated pricing levels in Inventory.

Report Criteria

Double-click on the Part Price List report name and the Prices window pops up:

Select the prices to include. Each price you select is a column on the report.

Available Options

• Department Group
• Department
• Supplier
• Sort Order: Part No, Alternate Number, Description, Line Code
• Group On: No Grouping, Supplier, Department, Location, Line Code
• Line Code: A specific line code can be entered
• Parts marked for stocking
• Parts marked for non-stocking
• Parts marked for consigned
• Do not consider On Hands
• Parts that are On Hand
• Parts with no On Hand

• Line is the line code
• Part Number
• Alternate Number
• Description
• Location is the part location
• Supplier
• Cost is the part cost (Average Cost)
• Price Level 1 (usually Retail)
• Price Level 2
• Price Level 3
• Price Level 4
• Price Level 5
