OEConnect (OEC) connects you to Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) through its RepairLink solution.

R.O. Writer has built a direct integration with OEC RepairLink. The integration of R.O. Writer and OEC RepairLink means you can

• Search for OE parts directly from open tickets.
• Post OE parts directly to open tickets.
• Send orders to OEM dealers directly through Smart eCat or Smart eOrder.
