Scheduling

R.O. Writer includes two different tools you can use to manage the work schedule with technicians and resources as well as and customer appointments: Calendar and Scheduler.

• Calendar toolbar button .
• Scheduler toolbar button .

You can use either Calendar or Scheduler but not both at the same time. Calendar is the default scheduling module unless Scheduler is enabled in Configuration (Configuration menu > Scheduler Setup > Enable Scheduler).
