Tire Reports

There are several tire reports in the Inventory module that help you track tire sales:

• Tire Sales Summary Report
• Tire Sales Detail Reports
• Tire Sales Detail by Size Report
• Tire Sales Detail by Brand Report
• Tire Sales Detail by Supplier Report

Accessing Tire Reports

Open the Inventory module and click the Reports button . On the Inventory Reports window, double-click Tire Reports at the bottom of the list.

Running Tire Sales Reports

Complete these steps:

1. Select the tire report you want to run:
   • Tire Sales Summary
   • Tire Sales Detail - All tires sold by Part Number
     • Tire Sales By Size - All tires sold grouped by tire size
     • Tire Sales By Brand - All tires sold grouped by manufacturer and/or brand
     • Tire Sales By Supplier - All tires sold grouped by supplier

2. Enter the report options.

   

The following table describes the report options.

Option	Description
Date Range	Enter the data range for the report.
All Tires Sold	This option includes all tires, including Stock and Non-Stock tires.
Inventory Tires Sold Only	This option excludes Non-Stock tires.

3. Click OK. The Tire Reports window closes.
4. The Output Selection window opens.
5. Select the Printer or Screen tab.
6. Choose the other print options.
7. Click Print.
   • If you selected Printer, the report prints to the physical printer selected in Printer Locations.
   • If you selected Screen, the Print Preview window opens.

Tire Sales Summary Report

The Tire Sales Summary Report is a summary of all tires sold from all suppliers grouped by the manufacturer.

Tire Sales Summary Report Columns

• Part Number

• Manufacturer/Brand

• Description

• Tire Size

• On Hand

• # Sold

• Cost - # Sold multiplied by Part Cost

• FET - The FET fee

• Sales - # Sold multiplied by Part Price

• Margin $ - Amount of profit

• Margin % - Percent profit

Tire Sales Detail Reports

The Tire Sales Detail Report lists all tires sold from all suppliers, grouped by part number. The detail reports include additional information such as the repair order number, tire size, and supplier.

The Grand Total line at the bottom shows how many sets of one, two, three, and four tires were sold within the parameters of the report.

Tire Sales Detail Report Columns

• Part Number

• Date - The date sold

• RO # - The repair order number

• Manufacturer/Brand

• Description

• Tire Size

• Supplier

• On Hand

• # Sold

• Cost - # Sold multiplied by Part Cost

• FET - The FET fee

• Sales - # Sold multiplied by Part Price

• Margin $ - Amount of profit

• Margin % - Percent profit

Tire Sales Detail by Size Report

The Tire Sales Detail Report lists all tires sold from all suppliers, grouped by tire size. The first grouping is for tire sales where no size was specified.

Tire Sales Detail by Brand Report

The Tire Sales Detail Report is grouped by manufacturer, which is labeled “Brand” on the report. The first grouping is for tire sales where no brand was specified.

Tire Sales Detail by Supplier Report

The Tire Sales Detail Report is grouped by supplier.
