End User License Agreement - Updated

The new End User License Agreement (EULA) window has been removed from both the server and client installation programs. Instead, the EULA window appears the first time R.O. Writer launches on each machine after an upgrade.

In addition, the contents of the EULA have been updated. Now, there is only one page instead of two.
