Parts Sales History Summary

This report prints a sales summary of your inventory.

Available Options:

• Department Group
• Department
• Supplier
• Sort Order: Part No, Alternate Number, Description, Line Code
• Group On: No Grouping, Supplier, Department, Location, Line Code
• Line Code: A specific line code can be entered.

The report includes the following information:

• Line - Line Code
• Part Number
• Alternate Number
• Description
• Dept - Parts Department Code
• Sup - Supplier Code
• Cost - Parts Cost (Average Cost)
• Retail - Retail Price
• Last Cost - Supplier 1 Cost.
• Jan through Dec - Monthly Sales Totals. This displays the last 12 months sales. At the end of each month, the next month gets reset to 0. 30-day use - Avg 30 day use - Avg 30 day use - Total Days=Today's Date-Start Date. Avg 30 Day Usage=Total number sold/(Total_Days/30).
