Payment Types on Sales Reports
When configuring and mapping payment types, it is important to think about how R.O. Writer payment types appear on sales reports. Sales reports often have limited space. As a result, R.O. Writer often list the first few payment types individually and then groups the rest into one column.
Repair Order Payment Ledger
The first four payment types are listed individually. The remaining payment types are consolidated under Other Cards.
Advanced Payment Report
After cash and check,
- The next three payment types are listed as "Card 1", "Card 2", and "Card 3" and never the name of the R.O. Writer payment type.
- Other Cards is a combination of the next six payment types.
