The CPR tests a computer to see if that computer meets R.O. Writer's system requirements.

Data Validation Tool
The Data Validation Tool checks Access databases to see if they are ready to migrate into a SQL database formatted for R.O. Writer. You would use this tool before migrating the Access data.
Data Migration Utility
The Data Migration Utility migrates Access databases into SQL databases formatted for R.O. Writer during the installation of R.O. Writer Server or on the Manage Databases window of Server Utilities.
