R.O. Writer is integrated with Epicor. For example, the Edit Vehicle window where you enter vehicle information uses Epicor vehicle information.
Smart eCat uses Epicor
Epicor's PartExpert Data Server (PEDS) also enables the full integration of the following programs into Smart eCat:
- Service Intervals Plus for factory scheduled maintenance.
- Available from the Service Intervals entry in the Quick Launch

- Interchange to search for interchangeable parts in different catalogs.

- BuyerAssist to search parts for matching vehicles.

WARNING! All features and functionality in these LaserCat applications have been incorporated into Smart eCat. As of R.O. Writer 2.3, you cannot access LaserCat through R.O. Writer.
You must update Epicor information regularly to make sure these features function properly.
