Shop Code Criteria Tab

The Shop Criteria tab is where you chose based on service history; specifically what particular service or labor operation was performed, or not performed.

Select the desired labor operation from the dropdown list and the Have or Have Not option above it.

If you want to select a category instead of just one labor operation, select one labor operation in that category and check the Category Only box.

Select the start and ending dates. These dates are when the service was performed or the number of miles the service was performed through a specific date.
