Searching for Parts

Vehicle Information

Part searches in OEConnect RepairLink require vehicle information. If no vehicle information is present, the following message appears.

Only the VIN Passes to RepairLink

When you open OEConnect RepairLink from an open ticket, only the VIN passes through.

If the vehicle has a VIN, OEConnect RepairLink decodes the VIN to the year, make, and model. OEConnect RepairLink opens to the Parts Search tab, which displays the vehicle information.
