Using the O'Reilly Website in Smart eCat (Punchout)
You can search your account for parts on the O’Reilly website in Smart eCat. For convenience, you can add parts to the O’Reilly shopping cart and transfer those parts directly to Smart eCat and then post those parts to an open ticket.
Accessing the O’Reilly Punchout
When you click the
You access the O'Reilly supplier by clicking the First Call button
- In the Quick Launch.
- On the Smart eCat toolbar.
When the First Call button is clicked, Smart eCat
- Logs you into your account based on the credentials entered in the supplier interface in R.O. Writer Configuration.
- Displays the O’Reilly landing page on the Catalog tab of Smart eCat.
Transferring Parts From O’Reilly to Smart eCat and R.O. Writer
To transfer parts, you must access O’Reilly from an open ticket.
To Transfer the Parts to Smart eCat
Complete these steps:
- Access the O’Reilly punchout.
- Search for the part.

When you find the part, click the Add to Quote button in the part section.

When all parts have been added, click the Go To Quote button at the top of the window.

The quote with all selected parts appears
- Click the Submit Cart button. The Posted Parts and Labor tab appears with the parts on the Parts tab.
- You can
- Click the Truck button to order the parts.
- Post the parts to the open ticket without ordering. The parts will be marked to order and appear in Smart eOrder when you access it.
To Post the Transferred Parts to the Open Ticket
After the parts have been transferred to the Posted Parts and Labor tab, you can post the parts to the open ticket.
Complete these steps:
- In the right column, you must select a labor Category. You can also select a labor operation within that category.

Click the Post button to post the parts to the open ticket and keep Smart eCat open.
Click the Post/Exit button to post the parts to the open ticket and close Smart eCat. -
When the Parts/Labor tab appears, it contains the parts in the labor you selected in Step 1.
