The scheduler is a complete calendar program allowing you to make customer appointments, schedule technicians and resources, and print daily schedules.
Accessing Scheduler
You can access Scheduler in multiple ways.
In R.O. Writer
Click the Scheduler button 
in the main toolbar to open the Scheduler.
On the Start Menu
The Scheduler button also appears on the Window Start menu.
NOTE: When you open Scheduler from the Start menu, it opens in read-only mode. You cannot add, edit, or delete appointments because Scheduler is not integrated with the full R.O. Writer application in this mode.
To make changes to Scheduler, you need to open it from the main module of R.O. Writer.
The main window of Scheduler opens to the current week.
