Electronic Payment Information on Receipts

You do need to choose form types that include electronic payment information for receipts. The two receipt forms include electronic payment information automatically.

R.O. Writer selects these forms automatically when these receipts are printed.

Advanced Payment Receipts

The ADVReceipt.rpt form

• Is formatted in Portrait orientation.
• Prints when you print a receipt for advanced payments.
• Includes the electronic payment and signature.

Accounts Receivable Payment Receipts

The ARReceipt.rpt for

• Is formatted in Portrait orientation.
• Prints when you print a receipt for a payment posted in Accounts Receivable.
