Tire Reports

There are several tire reports in the Inventory module that help you track tire sales:

• Tire Sales Summary Report
• Tire Sales Detail Report
• Tire Sales Detail by Size Report
• Tire Sales Detail by Brand Report
• Tire Sales Detail by Supplier Report

Accessing Tire Reports

Open the Inventory module and click the Reports toolbar button . On the Inventory Reports window, double-click Tire Reports at the bottom of the list.

Running Tire Sales Reports

Complete these steps:

1. Select the tire report you want to run:
   • Tire Sales Summary
   • Tire Sales Detail
   • Tire Sales By Size - All tires grouped by Tire Size
   • Tire Sales By Brand - All tires grouped by Tire Manufacturer
   • Tire Sales By Supplier - All tires grouped by Supplier
2. Enter the report options.
   
3. Click OK. The Tire Reports window closes.
4. The Printing reports window opens.
5. Choose Printer or Screen as the Destination
6. Choose the other print options.
7. Click Print.
   • If you selected Screen, the Print Preview window opens.
   • If you selected Printer, the report prints to the physical printer.

Report Options

Option	Description
Date Range	Enter the data range for the report.
All Tires Sold	This option includes all tires, including Stock and Non-Stock tires.
Inventory Tires Sold Only	This option excludes Non-Stock tires.

Tire Sales Summary Report

This report is a summary of all tires sold from your inventory - both Stock and Non-Stock tires from all suppliers.

The report includes the following information:

Cost	# Sold * Part Cost
FET	Tire FET Fee
Sales	# Sold * Part Price
Margin $	Amount of profit
Margin %	Percent profit

Tire Sales Detail Report

This report

• Lists all tires sold from your inventory - both Stock and Non-Stock tires from all suppliers.
• Is grouped by part number.
• Includes more detailed information about each tire sale than the summary, including the repair order number, tire size, and supplier.

The report includes the following information:

Tire Sales Detail by Size Report

This is the Tire Sales Detail Report grouped by tire size.

NOTE: The first grouping is tire sales where no size was specified.

Tire Sales Detail by Brand Report

This is the Tire Sales Detail Report grouped by manufacturer.

Tire Sales Detail by Supplier Report

This is the Tire Sales Detail Report grouped by supplier.
