Ordering from NAPA Legacy in eOrder

To order from the NAPA Legacy Catalog in eOrder, you need to

1. Establish a NAPA account.
   • R.O. Writer cannot contact parts suppliers on behalf of our customers.
2. You need to configure an electronic ordering interface for the NAPA supplier in Configuration.

   • You must check the Use Legacy NAPA Catalog box when configuring the electronic ordering interface for the NAPA supplier.

     

   • R.O. Writer uses NAPA PROLink and Smart eOrder unless Use Legacy NAPA Catalog is checked.

NAPA Warehouse Orders

You can order directly from the warehouse. Warehouse orders are for stocking, not hotshot. Some customers may get a reduced price for warehouse orders - contact NAPA for details.

To Create NAPA Purchase Orders

Complete these steps:

1. Open the Inventory module.
2. Click the P.O. Mgmt toolbar button to edit or add a purchase order.
3. Click the eOrder toolbar button.

4. Select NAPA as the Supplier and select Parts From a Purchase Order.

   

5. Click the Query button to search.
6. Select the parts you want to order.
7. In the Order section, select NAPA DC Stock Order.
8. Click the Order NAPA DC button. The complete order is sent.
   • DC orders DO NOT check stock levels (the part may or may not be available).
