Accessing Vehicle Information

There are several ways to access vehicle information for review or editing.

Vehicle Information on the Parts/Labor Tab

On the Parts/Labor Tab of an open phone quote, estimate, or repair order,

• Click the vehicle information link.

The vehicle on the ticket opens to the Vehicle tab.

OR

• Click the Vehicle link in the customer information section. The Vehicle List opens displaying the vehicles for the customer.

  

• Double-click the vehicle to open it to the Vehicle tab.

Vehicle Information in Configuration

In R.O. Writer Configuration, click the Customer/Vehicle menu > Edit Vehicles.

• You are prompted to search by vehicle information.

  

• The matching vehicles appear in the Vehicle List. The associated customers appear in the Name column.

  

  • Double-click the vehicle to open it.
  • The vehicle record opens to the Vehicle tab.
