Mileage Information

Because mileage the key to so many services, mileage is an important component of vehicle information. The mileage comes from the vehicle information you enter, not the Epicor vehicle information. Therefore, make sure the mileage is accurate before launching Service Intervals.

The Vehicle Mileage entry in the Service Details Toolbar displays the mileage of the selected vehicle if it is available.

• When Service Intervals is accessed from an open ticket, the mileage comes from the vehicle in the ticket and displays in the toolbar.
  • The mileage interval closest to the vehicle's mileage is selected by default on the Service Types Window.
• When Service Intervals is accessed as a standalone application, no mileage information is available.
  • The first mileage interval is selected on the Service Types Window.
