The One Time Charge button on the Finalize Payment Window allows you to charge the repair order to the customer record in Accounts Receivable (AR) without opening a customer account.
The AR module uses the same customer list as the rest of R.O. Writer. As a result, you do not need to create a customer account to charge to a customer.
When you click the One Time Charge button on the payment window, you are prompted to select the billing cycle.
Click OK to charge the Payment Amount.
If the Balance Due is zero, click the Finalize button to complete the transaction.
