Price Locks on Sub-Labor (Multi-Tech)

When multiple technicians are assigned to a price-locked labor operation, the sub-labor inherits the lock status from the top-level labor operation. If the top-level labor operation is locked, all sub-labor is locked.

The following fields are also disabled on sub-labor operations for each technician:

• Finished and Elapsed Time

• Pay Date

• Cost

• Item Number

• Invoice Number

• Append button and section

The Override button is available only on the top-level labor operation and not available on the sub-labor operation.

The labor time clock still functions and can be accessed by pressing "t" on the keyboard when the sub-labor operation is selected. However, the Elapsed Time cannot be copied to the Billed Time and the charge cannot be updated.
