Database Message When Switching Databases

When you switch databases in

• Data Locations > Setup Stores

  OR

• The Working On dropdown list

R.O. Writer tries to connect to the database. If R.O. Writer cannot connect to the database, a prompt message appears notifying you that R.O. Writer cannot connect to the database. The message provides instructions for you to open Data Locations.

NOTE: The database wizard windows open only when launching R.O. Writer. They cannot open from inside R.O. Writer.
