Electronic Payments

Electronic payments include:

• Credit cards
• Debit cards
• Electronic checks (Merchant Partners integration only)
• Any other card your shop chooses to accept

Electronic payments are made via the ePayments button available on all payment windows when electronic payments are set up in Configuration. One of the configured integrations opens:

• Merchant Partners First Mile
• OpenEdge XCharge
• PayPros ePay

Electronic payments require the following configuration:

• The integration configured in Electronic Payment Setup in Configuration
• The R.O. Writer payment types mapped to universal payment types (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, etc.)
• The electronic payment form types selected for estimates and repair orders in Form Types Configuration.
  • The forms print the appropriate card information in the body of the printed ticket.
