Creating New Tickets
There are buttons in the main toolbar for each type of ticket you can create.

The search window opens where you can search for and select a customer and then the customer's vehicle. When both are selected, the estimate window opens displaying the Parts/Labor tab. |

NOTE: In Configuration, you can prompt the user to enter specific information such as service writer, mileage, and profit center when creating a ticket. A prompt appears for each required item immediately after the customer and vehicle are selected.
