Marketing

Marketing has a different philosophy than Follow-up. In Follow-up, you respond to action performed by the customer. In Marketing, the idea is that customers respond to actions performed by your shop. Based on information that has been collected about your customers, criteria is developed to select certain customers and invite them back to the shop for additional services.

Marketing is an excellent way to get customers back into your shop, which can help fill the gap in traditionally slow periods.

Marketing Toolbar

The toolbar at the top of the window displays several options for Marketing.

You set up the customer contact options by completing the tabs of the Select Marketing criteria window (click the Marketing button in the toolbar to open it).
