Using AConneX in eOrder

Epicor includes an AConneX interface with eOrder.

R.O. Writer cannot contact parts suppliers on behalf of our customers.

After your relationship is activated, you need to set up an interface for it in Configuration - Setting up an AConneX Supplier.

Ordering from AConneX

You can query and order from AConneX in eOrder by selecting an AConneX supplier as the Supplier on the Electronic Ordering window.

• Query AConneX for parts
• Order parts
• Transfer parts

Line Codes

You need to use valid AConneX part numbers with the correct line codes so that eOrder can find the parts. The Download Supplier Lines option downloads the MCL file for the AConneX supplier used by Epicor. Select it before performing a query.
