The Labor Detail Report includes labor operations billed on closed repair orders only. Dates are based on the close date of the repair orders within the date range you select.

NOTE: This report includes technicians that are marked as Inactive in Configuration.
Labor Detail Report Data

| R.O. # | The repair order number the job was billed on. |
| Date | The Date the repair order was closed. |
| Vehicle | The Year, Make, and Model of the Vehicle the job was performed on. |
| Description | The labor description. |
| Billed Time | Total time billed to the customer. |
| Actual Time | Total elapsed time calculated by the Labor Time Clock. |
| Efficiency | The percentage of how many hours were billed compared to the actual time. |
| Charge | Total amount charged to the customer without discounts subtracted. |
| Package Discounts | Total amount of package discounts. |
| Coupon | Total amount in coupons. |
| Total | Total Labor Charge minus package discounts and coupons. |
- This report is not organized by pay date.
- To see the data organized by pay date, run the Labor Reports by Pay Date.
- This report does not include sublet labor.
- For sublet labor, run the Sublet Summary Report and the Sublet Detail Report.
- If the Charge, Package Discounts, Coupon, Total, and % columns are $0.00, that means the include charges on labor reports option on the Sales Report window was not checked.
