Two reports show labor information by Pay Date:
- Labor Summary by Pay Date
- Labor Detail by Pay Date
The Pay Date appears on the Editing Labor Window for each labor job. The labor operation is included in the Pay Date reports only if the Finished box is also checked and saved on the Editing Labor window.
The Pay Date reports are the same as the Labor Summary Report and the Labor Detail Report with two differences:
- Labor is listed by pay date.
- Labor is included from open and closed repair orders. (The labor summary and detail reports include labor only from closed repair orders.)
The pay date reports do NOT include sublet labor. There are two reports specifically for sublet labor: Sublet Summary Report and the Sublet Detail Report.
NOTE: If the Charge, Package Discounts, Coupon, Total, and % columns are $0.00, that means include charges on labor reports was not checked on the Sales Report window.
