Nexpart

R.O. Writer has partnered with Wrenchead to provide you with an integration to their Nexpart™ parts catalog. This interface allows you to order parts online and post them directly to an open repair order or estimate.

Watch the video below to see an overview of this functionality.

Configuring Nexpart

See Setting up a Nexpart Supplier for information on setting up Nexpart to query and order parts in the Nexpart catalog or Smart eCat and Smart eOrder.

In order for Nexpart to be an option on the Quick Launch, you need to select it in the Configuration module (see File > General Options > Catalog section > Nexpart).

Pricing Options for Nexpart

An estimate or repair order must be open for you to access the Nexpart catalog in the Quick Launch.

The Nexpart internet based parts catalog appears. Set up your pricing options by clicking the button in the top right hand corner.

These options control the price that gets posted to the repair order or estimate.
