Accounting Interface
The Accounting Interface collects accounting data from closed repair orders, advance payments, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable and reconciles your accounts.
If you are licensed to export to QuickBooks, the Accounting Interface creates an export file (.iif) that can be imported into QuickBooks™.
Exported information includes:
- Sales for labor, sublet, parts, and supplies
- Taxes for sales tax and other fees such as battery fees and tire disposal fees
- Cost of Goods - Costs entered for parts sales reduce the inventory asset account and are posted against the Cost of Goods Sold account
- Bank deposits
- Credit card payments
- Payments to vendors
- Receipts for payments in Accounts Receivable
- Receipts for advance payments
- Vendor invoice totals
