Browse Inventory Window
The Browse Inventory window shows you your inventory records in a table format, which is helpful when you are managing a large inventory of part records.
To access the Browse Inventory window, click the Browse button in the Inventory toolbar .
Browse always opens in the Top Stock View (Default). Top Stock is the default view until you make another view the default in the Configure Views setting.
Top of the Window
The top of the window allows you to select, navigate, and configure which inventory records appear in the table.
To Change the View
Browse always opens in the Top Stock View (Default) until you change the default view in Settings.
You can select another view in the View dropdown list.
To Filter the Table
The Filter By dropdown list allows you to narrow the inventory records that appear in the table.

To Navigate Through the Pages of Inventory Records
Inventory records appear in groups of 100 parts. The navigation bar at the top of the window shows you what page you are on and how many pages there are overall.
To move through the pages, click the arrow buttons:
- Click the single right arrow to move to the next page.
- Click the single left arrow to move to the previous page.
- Click the right arrow and pipe to move to the very last page.
- Click the left arrow and pipe to move to the very first page.
To Print the Table
You can print the table by clicking the Print button on the right . The selected view prints a specific format. For instance, only the first 13 columns print.

To Create Customer Views
You can create your own views by clicking the Configure Views button .

Inventory Record Table
The table displays the details of the inventory records.
The sequence of columns is determined by the view selected in the View dropdown list. Click any column header to sort the entire list of results by that value.
Information Section Below the Table
The information section below the table shows the part information of the item highlighted in the list.
This section provides a convenient way to see the part information without opening the record.
Edit Section Below the Table
The Edit section in the lower right corner allows you to
- Add inventory records.
- Open the inventory record highlighted in the table.
