The Warranty Parts Report shows all warranty sales within a date range you specify when you run the report.
This report:
- Applies to repair orders only.
- Retains the parameters for Service Writer and (Profit) Center.
- Has date ranges based on the repair order date.
- Is ordered by RO Date, RO#, and Part #.
The following columns are based on the parts information in the database:
- RO Date
- RO#
- RO Status
- Part#
- Line
- Description
- Supplier
- Quantity
- Cost
- Ext Cost
The Grand Total row at the end of the report includes the totals for Quantity, Cost, and Ext Cost.
