Customer List for Vehicle Inspection Date

The Customer List for Vehicle Inspection Date includes the following information for customers with closed repair orders within a date range that you select:

• Customer name.
• Primary contact information.
• Vehicle year, make, and model of the customer's primary vehicle.
• Date of the most recent vehicle's inspection of that vehicle.

Running the Customer List for Vehicle Inspection Date

The Customer List for Vehicle Inspection Date is available in the Reporting module.

Complete these steps:

1. Open the Reporting module.
2. Click the Lists toolbar button. The Lists window opens displaying the available lists.
3. Select Customer List Vehicle Inspection Date.

4. Click the Print button. A date range window appears.
5. Select the date range for the report and click OK. The dates in the range are the closing dates of repair orders.
6. The data begins compiling.
7. When the data is ready, the Output Selection window for printing reports opens.
8. Select the print output you want and click OK.
9. The list prints.
• Customers are sorted in the same order as the regular Customer List.
• The phone number is the one marked as Primary on the Edit Customer window.
• The email is the first email address on the Edit Customer window if the Send box is checked.
