Accounting Interface
The Accounting Interface collects accounting data from closed repair orders, advance payments, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable. It then creates a file that can be exported and then imported into QuickBooks™.
Transferred information includes:
- Sales - Labor, Sublet, Parts, and Supplies.
- Taxes - Sales Taxes and Other Fees such as Battery Fees and Tire Disposal Fees.
- Cost of Goods - Costs entered for parts sales reduce the inventory asset account and are posted against the Cost of Goods Sold account.
- Bank Deposit
- Credit Card Payments
- Payments to Vendors
- Receipts for payments on Accounts Receivable
- Receipts for Advance Payments
- Vendor Invoice Totals
