Emailing Customers
When email is configured properly, you can:
- Email a customer from the Edit Customer window.
- Email a customer from an estimate or repair order.
- Email a customer a PDF of their estimate or repair order.
- Email every customer who had a repair order closed after a certain date.
- Email appointment confirmation emails automatically.
- Email appointment reminder emails automatically.
- Run an appointment reminder process in Scheduler that sends emails to customers who have appointments within a set number of hours.
- Customize Email Templates with text, graphics, attachments, and your shop information. Templates mean you don't have to type every email from scratch.
You can also:
- Have three email addresses per customer.
- Make email address required when entering customer information.
- Test the email configuration before sending emails.
