Ticket Tab Windows

Estimates and repair orders consist of the following tab windows:

Tab Name Description

Service Requests Tab

When first speaking with customers, you often start here by entering information about what they need.

Parts/Labor Tab

This is the default tab. When you create or open a ticket, it opens to this tab. It contains the customer, vehicle, and parts and labor information.

NOTE: You can change this to the Service Request tab in Configuration.

Calculations Tab

This tab shows how the system has calculated pricing, discounts, fees, subtotals, and totals for the ticket.

Notes Tab

This tab displays customer and vehicle notes, allows you to edit those notes, and enter notes specific to the ticket.

Other Information Tab

This tab displays miscellaneous information about the ticket and contains various functionality such as allowing you to manually change the Status.

Reference Tab

This tab is optional. It is available only if you are using R.O. Writer image support and ALLDATA Bookmarks as part of an ALLDATA integration.
