The Call History report shows the call history from the Caller ID application. Caller ID must be installed and configured correctly for this report.
The Call History report requires you to enter a date range and includes the following information:
- Date and time
- Phone line
- In/Out - incoming and outgoing calls
- Phone number
- Caller name
- Number of rings
- Duration of the call in minutes
NOTE: If there is no data available for this report, a blank report prints.
