The Call Statistics report displays the call statistics from the Caller ID application. Caller ID must be installed and configured correctly for this report.
The Call Statistics report requires you to enter a date range.
NOTE: If there is no data available for this report, a blank report prints.
First Page of the Call Statistics Report
The first page of the Call Statistics report shows graphs for the number of calls by day (outgoing and incoming) and the number of minutes by day (incoming and outgoing calls).
Second Page of the Call Statistics Report
The second page of the Call Statistics report shows graphs for the number of calls by hour and the number of minutes by hour.
Third Page of the Call Statistics Report
The third page of the Call Statistics report shows graphs for the number of calls by line and the number of minutes by line.
