The Sales by Category report shows sales by labor category. The main report and category tabs show totals for each labor category or technician.

Drilldown Reports
When printed to the screen, this is a drilldown report.
To see the technicians that completed that job, double-click on a category or technician. The information appears in the same format but for that technician only.
To See All the Jobs Performed by a Technician in a Category
Double-click on a technician to view the report for that specific technician by repair order and job. The detail screen for specific technicians shows the same information for each labor operation. It also shows the repair order number, close date, and labor description for each labor operation.
