Sales by Labor Operation

The Sales by Labor Operation report shows sales by labor operation. The main report and category tabs show totals for each category or labor operation.

The following table describes the columns.

Column	Definition
Category	Labor category description.
Jobs	Number of labor jobs in that category.
Time	Total Time of all labor jobs.
Labor	Total labor charges. "Not Found" is for labor with no labor category was assigned. “Not Assigned” is for labor with no technician assigned.
Parts	Total parts sales not including parts fees or core charges. “Not Assigned” is for Parts not attached to labor operations in the job-based view. Parts with no technician assigned.
Other	Taxable and Non-Taxable Parts Fees plus supply charges plus sublet minus discounts. Supply charges are averaged across categories for each repair order.
Total	Labor + Parts + Other.
Cost of Stock Inv	Total cost of stock parts not including core charges.
Cost of Non Stock	Total cost of non-stock parts not including core charges.
Cost of Sublet	Cost of sublet jobs.
Cost of Labor	Cost of all labor jobs.
Profit	Profit percentage.
Average Job	Average sales per job (labor and parts attached).

Drilldown Reports

When printed to the screen, this is a drilldown report. Double-click on a category to open the same report by operation in a new tab.

Double-click on a labor operation to open the report for that specific operation by repair order and job. The detail screen for specific operations shows the same information for each labor operation. It also shows the repair order number, close date, and labor description for each labor operation.
